All lots in RME are part of a property owners association and are subject to By-Laws and Deed Covenants, as well as the laws and regulations of Madison County. The Rag Mt. Estates Owners Association (RMEOA) is the community board of volunteers who help to oversee and manage the community. Learn more here.
